Interesting twist in coding direction

I think I have no choice but to embrace / rely on the open source software with regards to my image compiler program and move away from proprietary MS Word. I'll need to research more on it. Not much development on the items I have planned from my last posting and I've been pretty busy developing my social circle and have neglected my inner geek.
